Blini with Smoked Salmon

Blini with Smoked Salmon

The Easiest Elegant Appetizer: Smoked Salmon Blinis with Dill Crème Fraîche

This appetizer is effortless, elegant, and always a hit. It’s one of those timeless bites that people instantly love—perfect for everything from dinner parties to weekend brunches, holiday gatherings, or a casual girls' night in.

To keep things simple, I used store-bought blinis (yes, you can find them at most grocery stores!), but if you’re feeling ambitious, you can absolutely make your own at home for a more personal touch.

The real star of the show is the Dill Crème Fraîche, which you can prep a day ahead and store in the fridge until you're ready to assemble.

 How to Assemble

  1. Spread a dollop of dill crème fraîche on each blini.
  2. Top with a delicate coil of smoked salmon.
  3. Garnish with fresh chopped chives or a small sprig of dill for a beautiful finish.

That’s it—simple, stunning, and totally delicious.
