Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Shop Leeliss! We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS. Delivery times vary based on your shipping address and the availability of the items in your order. You'll see estimated delivery options and costs at checkout, and once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

International Shipping (Canada)

We're happy to ship to all Canadian provinces via UPS. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

All duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no surprise fees when your package arrives. We've set things up this way specifically so our Canadian customers have a transparent, stress-free experience.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the email is sent.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Delivery Delays

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. While the vast majority of packages arrive on time, many events beyond our control can affect delivery — including weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and customs processing for international orders.

For this reason, Shop Leeliss cannot be held liable for late deliveries or misdeliveries caused by circumstances outside of our control. That said, if something goes wrong, we're here to help — reach out to us and we'll work with you and the carrier to ensure a smooth resolution.
