Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we'll happily accept your returned item(s) for a refund or merchandise credit.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — undamaged and unused
- In its original packaging where applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except when an item arrives defective or incorrect — in those cases, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and make it right.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund or merchandise credit will be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.
Order Cancellations
- An order can be cancelled free of charge before it has shipped, minus a $10 processing fee.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to start a return once it arrives, following the policy above.
