Prosciutto-Wrapped Dates with Blue Cheese

Sweet, Savory, and Irresistible: Prosciutto-Wrapped Dates with Blue Cheese

If you’re looking for the perfect bite-sized appetizer that’s elegant, easy, and guaranteed to impress—this is it. These prosciutto-wrapped dates are sweet, salty, creamy, and just a little bit indulgent. The combination of chewy Medjool dates, tangy blue cheese, and delicate prosciutto is a flavor match made in heaven.

They come together in minutes, making them ideal for cocktail parties, holiday gatherings, or a quick addition to your next cheeseboard. Bonus: no cooking required!

Serve them on a wooden board or ceramic platter for a rustic, upscale presentation. They pair wonderfully with a glass of champagne, red wine, or a crisp white like Sauvignon Blanc.

Make It Your Own:

  • Want a warm version? Pop them in a 375°F oven for 8–10 minutes until the prosciutto is slightly crispy and the cheese begins to melt.

  • Need a nutty twist? Add a toasted almond inside the date before the cheese for extra crunch.

  • Looking for a milder cheese? Swap the blue cheese for goat cheese or cream cheese for a subtler flavor.
