Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

    • ½ tsp salt

    • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

    • 1 tbsp capers

    • 1 tsp lemon zest

    • Fresh dill, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In a food processor, combine the ricotta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until the mixture is silky smooth and fluffy.

    2. Spread the whipped cheese onto a serving platter or shallow bowl.

    3. Layer on the toppings: smoked salmon, red onion, capers, lemon zest, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.

    4. Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or crisp veggies—or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
