If you’re looking for the perfect fall dessert that’s both fun to make and absolutely delicious, this Apple Caramel Bark is it! Sweet, salty, crunchy, and drizzled with caramel… it’s basically fall in every bite. Plus, it comes together in minutes!

Quick tip: Keep your apples in lemon juice for a few minutes before adding them to prevent browning.

Apple Season Treat

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels

  • ½ cup English toffee bits

  • 1–2 apples, diced (tossed in lemon juice to prevent browning)

  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

  • ¼ cup melted chocolate (for drizzle)

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy.
  2. Prepare the base: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread the melted chocolate evenly across the sheet (keep it thin so it hardens nicely).

  3. Layer on the toppings: Sprinkle crushed pretzels, toffee bits, and diced apples over the chocolate base. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce and the extra melted chocolate.

  4. 4. Chill & set: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until firm.
  5. Serve & store: Cut into bark pieces and enjoy! Best eaten within 24 hours (to keep the pretzels crunchy). You can also store it in the freezer until ready to serve.
