Apple Cobbler with Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1–2 tubes of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (depending on the size of your baking dish)
  • 3 apples, peeled and chopped

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp water

  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

  • Frosting (from the cinnamon roll package)

    1. Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces.

    2. In a pan, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and water. Cook over medium heat until the apples are soft and slightly caramelized.

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease your baking dish.

    2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.

    3. Spoon the apple pie filling on top, followed by the walnuts.

    4. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

    5. Remove from the oven and drizzle the frosting over the top while warm.

    6. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
