How Adorable Is This Mini Brie Cheese?! 🧀

If you’re a cheese lover like we are, then you know brie is a must-have on any cheeseboard. Its soft, creamy texture and subtle flavor make it the perfect canvas for sweet, salty—or even better—both kinds of toppings. We especially love dressing it up a bit, since it can be mild on its own. The best part? Brie is incredibly versatile, and you can get creative in so many delicious ways.

This beautiful little salad is one of our favorite quick appetizers. It looks elegant, tastes amazing, and takes just minutes to make—seriously, it's so easy.

Mini Brie And Fig Salad

Ingredients

5oz baby arugula
Mini Brie
Fig
Shaved Almond
Fig Jam
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp champagne vinegar
Balsamic Glaze
salt and pepper

Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, champagne vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss it with the arugula until everything is lightly coated.
Slice the mini bries in half horizontally. Spread a layer of your favorite fig jam on the bottom half, then top it with the other half.
On a salad plate, lay down a bed of your dressed arugula and place the fig-filled brie in the center.
Add fresh-cut figs, shaved almonds, and finish it all off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze

Recipe Note

A Few Simple Swaps:

Don’t love almonds? Try pistachios or walnuts.

Not a fan of arugula? Mixed greens work beautifully too.

Not into figs? Skip them—the salad is still incredible without them.
